School Volunteer Program requirements:
 
  • Complete/Submit the LAUSD online Volunteer Application (print, sign, and submit to office)
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Test Clearance (completed within 60 days of submitting online volunteer application)
  • Volunteer Commitment Form – printed and signed

Topeka Charter SAS deeply appreciates the participation of volunteers! It enriches the students' experience while helping the teachers and staff.

Steps to Becoming a LAUSD Approved Volunteer

1. Please log-in to the Volunteer Portal  LAUSD Volunteer Application Process Portal
 
2. Please fill out and submit an Online Application - Once the application is completed, the application must be printed, signed, and submitted to the school along with the signed Volunteer Commitment Form and Tuberculosis Test Clearance. The school must review and ensure required fields are completed LAUSD Volunteer Required Forms:
3. Please submit the following:
 
  • Online application - printed and signed
  • Volunteer Commitment Form – printed and signed
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Test Clearance


All forms & documents may be submitted to the Topeka Main Office or the Community Representative, Gabriela Knutson: [email protected].

*Please note: On-campus volunteer must be cleared through the online CA Megan’s Law website.

All VOLUNTEERS must be approved by LAUSD prior to volunteering on campus.
